Чим ЮПЕРІО відрізняється від інших інгібіторів РАС?

Надмірна активація ренін-ангіотензин-альдостеронової системи є важливим фактором, який сприяє прогресуванню СН.¹⁷ Інгібування ренін-ангіотензинової (іРАС) системи є загальновизнаною складовою лікування пацієнтів із СН.^9,10 ЮПЕРІО призначений саме для лікування СН. Це єдиний у своєму роді метод лікування СН. ЮПЕРІО має подвійний механізм дії, що спрямований на два взаємодоповнювальні шляхи розвитку СН завдяки валсартану: БРА, який багато років застосовується у лікуванні СН шляхом іРАС, та сакубітрилу — інгібітору неприлізину, який діє інакше, ніж будь-який інший засіб лікування СН, і міститься лише у складі ЮПЕРІО.^1,18,19
