Our approach is built around supporting the delivery of the Fit for the Future: 10 Year Health Plan for England1 by combining NHS expertise with Novartis UK insights, tools, and evidence-based solutions. Everything we do is designed to help strengthen services and deliver better experiences for patients and the teams who care for them.
In addition, our collaborative working approach is designed to support the delivery of devolved nation health strategies, including A healthier Wales: long-term plan for health and social care2, Scotland’s Population Health Framework3, and the Health and Social Care Northern Ireland Three Year Strategic Plan4, ensuring projects are aligned to local priorities across the UK.
