Compromisso hepático:
Não é necessário ajuste posológico em doentes com compromisso hepático ligeiro (Child-Pugh classe A) ou moderado (Child-Pugh classe B). Não existem dados disponíveis em doentes com compromisso hepático grave (Child-Pugh classe C). O inclisiran deve ser utilizado com precaução em doentes com compromisso hepático grave.
Compromisso renal:
Não é necessário ajuste posológico em doentes com compromisso renal ligeiro, moderado ou grave, ou doentes com doença renal terminal. A experiência com inclisiran em doentes com insuficiência renal grave é limitada. O inclisiran deve ser utilizada com precaução nestes doentes.
