COSENTYX® is indicated for the treatment of:1
Moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) in patients 6 years and older who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy.
Active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in adults with inadequate response to prior disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD) therapy, as monotherapy or in combination with methotrexate.
Active ankylosing spondylitis (AS) in adult patients who have responded inadequately to conventional therapy.
Active non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA) with objective signs of inflammation as indicated by elevated C reactive protein (CRP) and/or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) evidence in adults who have responded inadequately to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Active enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA) and active juvenile psoriatic arthritis (JPsA) in patients 6 years and older whose disease has responded inadequately to, or who cannot tolerate, conventional therapy.
Moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS; acne inversa) in adult patients with an inadequate response to conventional systemic therapy.
COSENTYX® should be initiated and supervised by a physician experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of its approved indications.
