Indications


Fabhalta® is indicated

  • As monotherapy for the treatment of adult patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) who have haemolytic anaemia.
  • For the treatment of adult patients with complement 3 glomerulopathy (C3G) (see Section 4 Dosage regimen and administration and Section 12 Clinical studies, Complement 3 Glomerulopathy).
