Early Breast Cancer: managing adverse events from oral targeted therapies
This module focuses on the nursing role in supporting patients receiving oral targeted therapies for early breast cancer. Nurses will develop an understanding of commonly used targeted treatments and their associated adverse events. The module explores practical strategies for monitoring, managing, and escalating treatment-related toxicities, as well as supporting treatment adherence and patient education throughout the course of therapy.
